Casa F. F.

The project involves the complete renovation of an apartment located on the top floor in the historic center of Rome. The project was conditioned by different constraints: walls carry very thick and pitched slopes with critical heights. Apartment accessible without elevator, but with the charm of an attic. The distribution of the rooms is tilted elegantly inserting the kitchen in the central area of the apartment. Creating a space of welcome and sharing. The architectural project starts from respect for the typology and, therefore, from respect for the spirit of the place.
